Casa Monica
Casa Monica is a charming apartment with spacious living area, 2 bedrooms and large private solarium. Located just 100 meters from the coast, in a very calm and green part of Torrevieja, 450 meters from Cala Ferris beach. Surrounded by palm trees and parks. Only 2 minutes’ walk to a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea and just a short drive away to a wider selection of restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centres, including the famous La Zenia. Perfect area for morning or evening walks, but also with great snorkelling and diving spots nearby for those more active. Casa Monica is an amazing place to stay, especially for those who want to relax on a spacious private roof terrace and watch sunrise & sunset.

The air-conditioned living and kitchen area is bright, spacious and very comfortable. It has fully equipped kitchen and a table for up to 6 people to enjoy meals together. There is also a nice balcony for those who like to drink coffee or eat breakfast outdoors.

It has beautiful second floor private roof terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Perfect for sunbathing and relaxing, big enough for spending there time together.
